General conditions applying to holiday caravan rentals and Bed and Breakfast.

To make your reservation: Either book on line  or telephone to confirm the dates you require are available . We will then hold your booking for 7 days to allow you to forward the deposit. A deposit of £75/week (£150/week in July and August 25pct for B+B) for each unit reserved must be paid at the time of booking. This is non-returnable and the balance is due on the day of arrival. A receipt will be sent for each deposit, and no booking exists until we have confirmed it. If the accommodation required is not available by the time the Reservation Form and deposit are received, the deposit will be returned in full.
Notice of Cancellation should be sent by Registered Post so that it is received not later than 21 days prior to commencement of period of hire. If there is no Notice of Cancellation given or it arrives later than 21 days prior commencement , irrespective of any cause or reason, payment in full will be enforced, but in such cases the Proprietors will try to re-let the accommodation, and , if successful, a charge will only be made for the time it is unoccupied.
You are requested not to arrive before 2 p.m. and to vacate your caravan by 10 am. on the day of Departure. The number of persons occupying a caravan must not exceed the number of berths. The Proprietors reserve the right to re-let any reserved accommodation not claimed by 10.00 am on the day immediately following the first day of reservation, unless prior written notice of late arrival has been received.
Blankets, pillows, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided but it is necessary for you to bring bed linen including pillowcases, towels and tea towels. 
The Hirer should undertake to keep the caravan, furniture, fixtures and utensils etc. in a clean and tidy condition and leave them in that way for the next Hirer. We reserve the right to inspect the caravan prior to departure and to make a cleaning charge if required. Any articles lost or broken must be replaced or paid for. The Proprietors will not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to persons’ property howsoever caused.
All animals must be kept on a lead at all times exercised away from the site and should not be allowed on the furniture and not left on the site unattended.

A deposit of 1/3 of the cost of your stay with a minimum of £ 30 for each pitch reserved must be paid at the time of booking. This is non-returnable and the balance is due on the day of arrival. A receipt will be sent for each deposit, and no booking exists until we have confirmed it. If the pitch required is not available by the time the Reservation Form and deposit are received, the deposit will be returned in full.
